This year, due to the impact of COVID-19, we held our first-ever virtual HSIF in the Southeast Asian region. Themed Digital Transformation in the New Normal, this virtual forum showcased how digitalisation strategies can be pursued under the pillars of Smart Cities, Smart Manufacturing, and Smart Public Services.
