The global oxygen crisis induced by the COVID-19 pandemic had put severe pressure on hospitals all over the world, including India. Responding to the urgent need and to support the Government, health warriors, and the society in strengthening and equipping the health infrastructure to tackle any future wave of the pandemic, Hitachi India collaborated with Vimhans Nayati Super Specialty Hospital, to set up a secure and robust Oxygen Plant of 150 nm3 (cube) capacity in the premises of the hospital in Delhi. This humanitarian gesture by Hitachi India reflects its commitment to continue enhancing people’s Quality of Life and create a positive impact through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.
